Orchid Pulse was founded in Bangkok in 2021, at a time when many Thai businesses were beginning to hear about AI but had few practical resources to help them understand what it could mean for their teams. The founders — a group of professionals with backgrounds spanning technology consulting, corporate training, and organizational development — saw a clear gap between the promise of AI tools and the reality of how most organizations were equipped to use them.
Rather than building another technology product, the team chose to focus on people. The conviction was simple: AI tools only create value when the people using them understand how to apply them in their actual work. That principle shaped every program Orchid Pulse offers, from the one-week orientation for frontline teams to the sixteen-week executive coaching track.
Over the past four years, the company has worked with organizations across industries in Thailand — including logistics firms, financial services providers, educational institutions, and healthcare administrators. Each engagement has reinforced the same lesson: successful AI adoption starts with context-specific training and a clear, manageable roadmap.
Today, Orchid Pulse operates from its office on Phaholyothin Road in Phaya Thai. The team remains deliberately small and focused, which allows for a high level of personal attention in every engagement. Brings over fifteen years of corporate training experience in Thailand, with a focus on technology adoption and change management for mid-sized enterprises.
