Quality control is built into each stage. We define success metrics before a program begins, collect data throughout, and provide a formal evaluation at the end. For shorter programs like the one-week orientation, the focus is on competency. For the eight-week pilot, we add performance monitoring. For the sixteen-week executive track, we layer in leadership development milestones.
AI Tools Orientation for Teams
A one-week hands-on orientation program introducing teams to commonly available AI tools relevant to their daily work.
